arthbound
A full life. And still, so much left to explore.

Through Classical Hatha Yoga, sacred places and thoughtfully held journeys, arthbound makes room for what rarely finds its way into our calendars.

Into the Sacred
Into the Sacred

Into the Sacred is not about going somewhere sacred.

It is about how we arrive.

Not as travellers collecting places and experiences, but with the attention to truly enter them.

Because sometimes, when we meet a place deeply enough, the journey stops being about where we have come.

Something begins to move within.

why arthbound

A full life.
And still, so much left to explore.

We build careers, relationships and lives that ask for our full attention. Yet there are dimensions of living that rarely make it onto the calendar: a place known beyond its familiar stories, an ancient practice approached with real depth, the space to explore without needing to accomplish. arthbound is an invitation to make room for these.

Ancient civilisation and living nature hold a wisdom the modern world is only beginning to seek.

what makes it arthbound

Held with intention.

01

Classical Hatha Yoga at the heart

Yoga is foundational to arthbound, not an activity added to a retreat itinerary.

02

Places with depth

Sacred places, living traditions, people and cultures, explored beyond conventional sightseeing.

03

Small, intentional groups

Intimate experiences that leave space for individual exploration, conversation and shared discovery.

04

Room to experience

A thoughtful rhythm of practice, exploration, conversation and rest, rather than a checklist of activities.

the founder

A practitioner
before a founder.

For more than two decades, I worked in corporate leadership while yoga remained a continuing part of my life. Deeper immersion in the practice did not take me away from that world, I returned to it. What changed was how I experienced and engaged with it.

arthbound grew from that journey, and from my own continuing exploration of what becomes possible when we make room for practice, places, people and experiences that take us a little deeper.

the practice

Classical Hatha Yoga,
as it was always meant to be.

Every arthbound journey is rooted in Classical Hatha Yoga, drawn from the ancient sciences of Agasthya Muni's lineage: not as exercise, not as performance, but as a technology for inner wellbeing. Garima brings this practice to each experience in its most ancient, undiluted form.
